Lesson02-Webcenter Managed Server

Oracle recommends custom webcenter applications created in JDeveloper be deployed to a custom managed server. This server needs to be different from any of the three pre-configured managed servers created during the installation or to the Administration Server.

Here are the steps to create a custom managed server for Webcenter applications. Detailed information is available from Oracle documentation.

1. Create Weblogic Managed Server
2. Create MDS Schema
3. Register MDS Schema

1. Create Weblogic Managed Server

Login to Weblogic Administration Console.
